On Friday I submitted this painting, along with three others, to Wymondham Arts Centre for inclusion in the spring show, which runs from 13th – 24th April. The private view is on Tuesday evening 12th April.

I wish you oddles and oddles of LUCK...this piece is elegant and spare in such a 'difficult to accomplish' way.
Good luck! - although I don't think you will need it. This is a lovely painting, I like the division of space and texture in the marks and what a great scale to work in.
this piece is just wonderful, and of course, I wish you all the best, I know you will do well!! the texture is just wonderfully chewy...
your pieces are simply wonderful, and I have entered many juried shows so I know how you feel.. I certainly wish you a happy outcome.

just stopped by...and i see i missed this...i hope you were selected...
hope it went well with the jurying process, although there are times when it seems that the inner tribe are selected and one watches from the margins(sigh). Beautiful tone and texture in this work.
